In a format open to beginners, Team Winds is your partner for your incentive-relaxation, team building, coaching or more specific training. The participants, under the direction of a professional skipper, are all actors on the boat and form a crew immersed in the game of a regatta or a participative rally between collaborators.

We organize corporate regattas, whose goal is to meet employees from the same company or sector, through sports navigation on a level playing field. Nothing like a regatta to give the opportunity to all players in the same professional sector to exchange in a friendly, extra-professional setting.

Our fleet of 50 yachts all identical, Grand Surprise, spread on four bases (Marseilles, La Trinité-sur-mer, La Rochelle), is available for all regattas: Spi Ouest-France, SNIM, training … The Team Winds bonus : technical assistance on the pontoons every day of race.
