TEAM WINDS has over 14 years experience as a specialist in corporate sailing events. Over 15,000 people (for the most part «first timers ») have sailed on TEAM WINDS boats for some type of corporate event involving either incentive operations, team building, or just corporate racing.

ATR boasts four important assets :

• The experience and competence of its managers, hired skippers and consultants; all professionals in their fields and selected for their ability to communicate and pass on key messages.
• Sailboat racing as a unique and dynamic parallel for simulating situations in company life (team work, fixing objectifs, organizing tasks, crisis management ...).
• A fleet of identical one design racing sailboats, each allowing for a 7 person crew plus a professional skipper, which means your personalized sailing event can include as many as 200 people.
• Two reputable european nautical bases : La Trinité sur Mer, in southern Brittany, France and Lisbon-Cascais in southern Portugal, each offering an idyllic setting for sailboat racing and readily accessible hotels and meeeting rooms.
